Do I need a second photographer?

A second photographer is not compulsary, but it does provide an oppurtunity to to capture more informal, candid photos of friends and relatives enjoying your 'big day, whilst the first photographer composes the formal 'must have' photos of the bridal party. While all our photographers will aim to take a mix of formal and informal photos, two photographers will, needless to say, capture more of the days events.

How much is the deposit?

We require a non-refundable deposit of £150. A balance of 40% is payable 6 weeks before the wedding, with the final balance payable on collection of the proofs. We find this helps to spread the costs for most couples. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of the West Midlands, Worcestershire and North Staffs. Distances further than 25 miles from Stourbridge, will incur a charge of 50p per mile.

Can you stop all day ?

Yes. However, an additional charge is payable for the photographer to cover the speeches and evening reception. (With the exception of the platinum package). Please contact Pam for further information. In instances where the photographer/videographer are required to stay until speeches (and/ or beyond), please arrange with the caterers to provide some food and refreshments.

Can you go to a second photographic location?

Yes. There is no extra charge for a second location.

How many pictures do you take?

We do not place a limit on the number of shots taken .The number of photos taken will depend on the number of formal shots you require, and how much time has been allowed from the end of the ceremony, to the start of the wedding breakfast.Typically there approx 120+ formal photos and 250+ informal photos to choose from, with two photographers attending.

Do you supply parents albums, enlargements etc?

Yes. We provide parents albums, re-prints, canvasses, and framed prints at very reasonable prices.

How do we view our proofs?

On a DVD for PC or DVD player. Contact sheets with all the images will be supplied in a preview pack. Viewing on the internet is also standard on all packages. Book bound preview albums can be supplied at an additional cost.

What happens if the photographer is sick or unable to come to the wedding?

It's our policy to always keep one photographer in reserve for such contingencies and peace of mind!
