Wedding Albums

Wedding Albums

Albums seem to be a rarity these days, but we believe there’s nothing more precious than a hard copy of your favourite photos presented in a beautiful book.

Our albums are produced by the Italian company, GraphiStudio, long regarded as the best quality albums in the world. Each album is individually designed by us, thereby making it a unique and individual record of your day.

As standard with Hindu Packages, we include a 40 page Graphistudio GoBook album.

Pre-Wedding PhotoShoot

Engagement (or Pre-Wedding photo shoot) are becoming more and more popular and for good reason!

This is the perfect opportunity to produce stunning, professional photographs to look back on. It’s also a great way of getting to know your wedding photographer so that you feel more comfortable on your wedding day in front of the camera.

You will be able to select images for your DJ Video Wall and also receive your very own book with a selection of 15 images from the shoot which can then be used as a guest-signing book at your wedding. Guests always seem to love flicking through your photo’s when they leave their messages.

Pam and Ian have been running the business for the past 15 years and mainly filmed and photographed civil/church weddings and a few interfaith/fusion weddings between Hindu and Christian and Hindu and Sikh.

Due to the positive feedback of the photos and video we captured and edited, we found ourselves being asked to do more ‘one faith’ Hindu weddings and then, a year later.

Consequently, our business has gradually changed direction, over the past 5 years, towards Indian Weddings.

In 2019 90% of all our booking were Hindu and Sikh Weddings.’

This will depend on the length of the wedding day and how many rituals there are. Each of the ceremonies is normally recorded as a live production from multiple cameras which can vary the length of the film. But, on average, a Sikh and Hindu wedding can be between 3 – 4 hours long. And a civil wedding 1 -2 hours.

Pre Wedding Parties can also be between 1 – 2 hours long.

Each wedding package also includes a Cinematic Video highlights Trailer and is edited to one track of music, which is provided by the client.

A Booking Fee of 10% of the total balance is paid to secure the wedding date/s.

A balance of 40% is payable 6 weeks before the wedding and then 25% will be payable before receiving your wedding photographs.

The remaining balance of 25% will be payable once you reach the top position of the video editing schedule.

Once Paid the Video edit is usually completed with 6 weeks.

Yes you can.

We now offer 2 options which are ideal for any wedding venue which is a Hotel or Hall with lots of greenery and land around them. **

  1. Establishing Footage– £195. If you just require footage of the Venue, to be used on the video highlights and wedding film as an introduction shot of the wedding day.
  2. Wedding Day Footage – £495. If you believe there will be lots of opportunities to film guest/family out side of the venue, We will book a separate company to do this who will have the CAA Licence and Insurance.

** By law we are not permitted to use drones in a built-up conurbation area without prior permission from the council – which is very difficult!

Well, it’s not compulsory, but it does offer great aerial footage of the dancing, especially in the middle of the dance floor.

Without a crane we rely on the DJ having a raised platform to get those shots, but that usually depends on the venue providing one.

Because we know how hard it is to achieve those aerial shots, without a crane, we provide one at no extra cost.

Put another way, we wouldn’t reduce the price if the crane was not requested as it’s even more challenging for us to get those great footage!
